This is a book written for non-technical leaders and looks to demystify the technical jargon of Digital business and programs. From APIs to Al, it explains in clear language what it is and why it matters. And it also provides an implementation model that everybody can follow - this is what I call 'Connect, Quantify, Optimize'.
